I need help for Fedex Module

Hi, I am a bigginer of Zen-cart.
I use FEDEX module on Zen-Cart, but suddnly it dosen't work. It worked 2weeks ago.

always says:
No response to CURL from Fedex server, check CURL availability, or maybe timeout was set too low, or maybe the Fedex site is down

I asked an spport center of our webserve hosting and they say "nothing problem on the server".
Actually we use one fedex account for 2 ecommerce sites, so I asked Fedex if available to use one account for 2 sites. They say it is available.

I don't know what I check for fixing the error. Please teach me where I should check.

I asked the server for cURL, it already works.

I tried again, but fedex module dose not work,,,
