I just installed the newest version of Zencart and I chose to see the demo pics. All of the demo pics are broken or blurred and the action buttons in the admin area are not showing they are red x's. How do I resolve this?

Reupload them as binary files instead of ascii.

Uploading as binary files will solve the problem of the blurred and/or fuzzy images, but the red x's in the admin panel are probably caused by an incorrect admin/includes/configure.php file.
