Problem with Zen cart

I first installed zencart in the www.......com/store directory and wanted to move it to the main directory, so far it worked but know i have two zen cart and when i tried to delete the /store directory and then even the one on the main directory wouldn't work.I don't know why it won't work I copied all the files from the /store directory to the main. and when i delete the /store none work, it's like they are still connected some how. When i go to the mainsite and click on a link for a category it takes me to the /store directory. I know it was confusing, but please help me with this.

You probably need to update your configure.php files.

They can be found in the following folders...

admin/includes/
includes/

These files contain all the relevant path settings for your site. If you've physically moved your site to another folder you'll need to reflect these changes in the above files.

You need to edit the includes/configure.php file and remove the references to store in the pathways.

It can't find the the autoload_func.php file in the specified folder. Are you sure that your configuration file is set correctly? Right now it's looking for it in home/bonsai/public_html/store/. Is that the full, correct directory?

The error went away and now it works, thanks for your help
