I have resellers that have certain areas that are considered "There Area". So is there any kind of zone module or anything where i can have them put in there Zip Code and that would only allow them to see the prices on certain products? If not i think i am going to have to program it.

The shipping can work in the manner you described, but not product prices, so yes this would be custom work. You could use the shipping zones as a guidleline, just look for info on "zones" in the documentation, wiki, faq, etc.

Not sure if this helps you but I think I observed a recent forum post by Linda stating Zen Cart 1.35 supports discount coupons by zone, or something like that.
