Recover cart sale email problem

I've just install this contribution:

but my customers receive email in text format, not html as I setup.
Can I send recover cart email in html format?
Where I setup html mesage?

for test purpouse, I send to me a recover email: I can see only
Inquiry from 100asa.it
$EMAIL_MESSAGE_HTML
in the html email body, and after the footer
