Attribute/Options upload in bulk?

Good day to all!

Let's say I sell tires and the following is true:

1. I sell tires from 10 manufacturers.
2. From each manfacuturer, I sell 3 models.
3. From each model, I sell from 10 to 50 sizes.
4. Model numbers are different for same sizes and different manufacturers.
5. Each size has it's own price.
6. Total sizes from all manufacturers combined is 500 separately sellable products.

How in the WORLD can I handle this? Should I be looking for a bulk upload mechanism for attributes? It looks like my dilema rules out attribute/option copying. Correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
