Discount by quantity

Dear Ajeh,

I've noticed you replay to a lot of the posts here; I apoligize if this is not the way you want to be contacted.

How would I acomplish the following?

I want to have different pricing for every product on my site with discount by quantity, I ran into this site that shows exactly how I'd like to set it up, showing the lowest "Price as low as: $1.25", I've browsed through the forum to find and answer but nothing yet.

Quantity: ( user types it in here )

1 - 23 Price: $1.48
24 - 47 Price: $1.38
48 - 95 Price: $1.31
96 + Price: $1.25

What would be the Products Price (Net) when entering products details?

For price as low as ... if you look at the function that grabs the discount price ...

Send it the quantity of 10000 and you will get the lowest price ... and could alter the price display ...
