Removal of the category name from the middle of the page

Could someone please tell me how to remove the category name from the middle of the page. I don't see a need for it to be there if you have a catergory box.

Without a more clear description or picture of the offending item, one can only say "take it out." Can you be a little more descriptive?

IF your pronoun IT is referring to the Categories Menu at the top of the page under Tanya Smart, that is the categories-tabs menu which is turned on or off in Admin -> Configuration -> Layout Settings.

If it stills means something else, PLEASE give us a better description. A picture is worth a thousand words BUT sometimes we need to know what we're looking at.
