Drop Down State / Province box

Can someone please point me to where I add the States into my Drop down box located in the login area. At the moment only the country Australia is there, so I have mucked it up somewhere.

I do not see a sql patch for Austrailia in the downloads section here if you can not find one you will have to create this manually.

Admin > locations/taxes > zones > new zone > add information

You might look at a couple of US states on the 9th page to view how they are configured and then add the AU ones in the same manner
