Problem with "tell a friend" in IE & Windows XP

In IE for Mac and Firefox for both Mac & XP, it shows up fine. However, on IE for XP, the text area expands beyond the wrapper layer and is cut off by the boundry of the wrapper layer. So, the send button is hidden, who knows how far it goes. Attached is a "screen shot" (litterally) sent in by my client for a visual example.

Any clues as to why it's doing this?

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what key words to search on! I just knew when I saw your post that I had participated in threads discussing this issue, so I searched on *my* posts along with some choice keywords
