No checkout option: Catalog only

Is it possible to use Zen Cart only as a catalog system? I would like to remove the checkout and shopping cart option (where products are added to the cart).

(I disabled all payment modules, but it shows "Sold Out". This is not what I want. I don't want it show Sold Out!)

Also, can someone direct me to an appropriate link where I can study more about Options and Attributes?

Oops! I replied, too soon.

I found: Store Status

What is your Store Status
0= Normal Store
1= Showcase no prices
2= Showcase with prices

Selected 2.

ahhh i have exactly the opposite in need please.

i have my store set to showcase only.

you cant add to cart in my store, and i dont want to show qty.

but i do want to still show the items either in stock or out of stock.

is there a way to do this please?

currently when i use an arrive by date or qty 0 it removes the item altogether.

everything else is so cooool..
