Testimonal Sidebox

I have installed the testional module, but I notice when I go into my layout box controller to turn the sidebox on I am getting the error below, I have read the tread but there are no solutions for this error. I also went to the FAQ session before I came to the forum but the solution that was given to change was already corrected. Anybody know how to solve this problem. Thank you

Open the following file copy the contents then go to

admin -> tools -> Install SQL Patches

Paste the script in the text box and click the send the button.

See if that corrects the problem.
