Adding separate AND different image to product page.

This site is the example I'm trying to follow:

I'd like to have a single picture that is in the "New Products" and in the product listing pages.

When they click on that product they then see a different picture (in addition to the 'normal' one)

Simple - but you can't use Image Handler2.

When you create your 3 sizes of image, as long as the names are correct (i.e image.jpg, image_MED.jpg and image_LRG.jpg, it doesn't matter what the images actually are!

Hmmm. I see how that would give them a different picture when they clicked on the first picture; but - as seen in the example in the first post - I'm talking about providing a second picture in addition to the first.

Okay, I have followed this tutorial and finally got it to work.
However, this creates another pop-up image.
The link that Shannon gave earlier :
http://www.dowdydoodles.com/store/in...products_id=18 , which shows the larger image with ALL the eggs does not link to a pop-up. It looks like it's in another box or table and the larger image is placed inside that.

How do we create the same exact effect?

in admin -> catalog -> prooduct types -> product-general -> edit layout -> Show Product Additional Images and set to true

you'll have to add them manually following the instructions in the tutorial I referenced earlier.
