Remove Default Search Text

Hi All,

I feel as though this should be an easy change to make, I'm just not looking in the right spot. Where can I remove the default text that appears in the search bar

"Enter Search Keywords Here"

This should be in the input field, but where is it for the search sidebox? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
