Australia Post Module by Gerard Serna

Hi guys and gals, I am using Australia Post Module by Gerard Serna for my postage/shipping option from Australia. I have managed to work out the totals and it now correctly shows and includes the total and GST in the clients invoice but whilst at step 1 of 3 in the purchase process I receive errors for the shipping stage. I have attached 2 screen shots and the second one shows the errors in regards to Australia Post.

Anyone come across this using this module or know of either what can fix it or if there is another module that I can use for Australia Post.

Everything seems to be setup right. GST is getting charged on the products delivered within Australia and not getting charged to be delivered outside Australia which is correct. I just need the shipping side of things corrected so I can then start moving ahead and get my store online in the near future.
