How do i change the color at the bottom of categories sidebox?

Hi,
how do i change the color (green bar) at the bottom of the categories sidebox and all the other side boxes to a different color, say pink?

I am having a similar issue with changing colors. I want to change my background colors though. What is "hex code"? Where do I find the codes for all the different colors?

Please advise.
