My Paypal Problem

I have read quite a few of the threads and checked all my paypal settings. On 17th October a successful transactions was completed on Paypal with a credit card and everything worked. On 26th October the paypal bit worked but the rest flopped!

This suggests that the information coming back from PayPal wasn't related to a transaction initiated from your Zen Cart site.
Did you receive any payments via PayPal for anything "other than" purchases via your Zen Cart site?

Thats what I figured it meant and I even went into the database tables and couldn't find any outstanding shopping carts, orders etc.

BUT I don't receive paypal payments or make paypal payments for anything else using this paypal account.

NOW for the rub! THE 26th October order came through last night as did 2 test orders. BUT I am stilling missing one order.

This can't go on....

This is just my opinion,
and there is NO basis of fact, but I believe that paypal is choking off the IPN. it only makes sense since they now have paypal pro and paypal 2.0

it only makes sense to increase the revenue.
