Best way to import into Zen 1.36

I have been trying to sift thru the threads on Easy Populate to find a few answers.

I would like to know what method is best to use for importing.

I also would like to know what are the key fields or minimum fields I need to add products.

The data I have is , part#, Description, List Price, cost, Weight, measure (each), manufactire, and I can add a photo.

If I had a photo does image handler 2 still set it up or do I have to code the import to call it. Will I have to save the image in the 3 sizes and upload seperate....

I have 67,000 items to deal with, I can trim it down with attributes if I have to but it is going to be a ton of work and I am very new to all this.

The best thing to do is install Easy Populate, install one or two products, then download the Easy Populate file to use as your template.

Note that the category structure must exist before you upload as EP doesn't create categories for you.

As long as the image path is included in EP, then all you need do is FTP the images en masse to the images folder (and any sub directories you are using) - you do NOT need to create 3 sizes as IH2 should take care of it.

Try it all out with a test run of a few products before the main effort.
