    Default /admin won't work

    Hello,

Fresh install. Page works fine but when trying to access the /admin I get the following error. Searched the forum but not much of a solution there. Help?

    Thank you

    1. What is your cPanel errorlog saying when this permission error occurs? That should offer some clues as to the real cause.

    2. Did you alter the /admin/.htaccess file supplied with Zen Cart? Perhaps you can try renaming it to htaccess_OFF and try again. If that solves it, then the settings inside it aren't suitable for your particular hosting environment. Your host may be able to help you sort out more appropriate settings in that file.
