I've made more and more modify.
It's possible to know what files are changed in this release from 1.3.5, so I merge only the file interested.

recomended- make a testing site and database to put this new version on... setup and make sure its working fine.- then install moduals/contribs one at a time, making sure after each install that everything is still working fine...
after that you merge your database info into the new one. and then go live with it.
