Can someone please assist me?

I need help with the removal of the EZ Pages TOC PHP because I want to place it in the tpl_header.php file.

Why? Because I want to create a submenu that appears when someone mouses over one of the top-level EZ page links that I have displayed on my site as the top level navigation menu. By keeping the TOC code in its current location (tpl_page_default.php) it does not work as there are too many other features listed in between the header and page content. I tried removing the code I thought was the TOC, but then my page doesn't appear (I get the header, but nothing else).


If someone can please help me by providing the actual code that is safe to remove from this template file (so I can paste it into the header file) OR if you know of another means to place the menu (without using postioning in CSS- I hate using this feature and my site is liquid so it won't work) directly below my EZ-Pages Heading links, I'd really appreciate it!
