Need help here

I want to set up a site but I have two concerns..

I need a user to buy without having to register. It is very important. My products are impulse products, and registration can cause them to go to a compediter. I know many will argue this, but their must be a way to disable registration.

Secondly, I need an extra text area UNDER the product description and buy buttons. Something that I can put articles with keyword rich text of 500 words or more..

If this stuff cant be done I guess ill have to make my site with joomla and code each product using mals-e. Im talking 500 indivisual product pages

The registration thing is the most important. Most of my compediters do not require registration.. As far as the extra text field, im assuming I could maybe use the product review module, and make it so only I could use it?

Sorry, but there is no registration optional with Zen Cart at this time.
