I have a client who is using Zen Cart; we are both new to the system and have been learning how it works as we go.
She has just sent her first newsletter with the Zen-Cart "Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager" and I've noticed an issue with new lines - they have been displayed as "@CRLF" in my email program.
I was initially going to ask why but I believe I know the answer and thought it would be worth sharing for those in a similar situation.
My client has entered the email message in the rich text section and nothing in the plain text. I have configured Zen-Cart to send plain text messages only as I have yet to edit the look of the rich text email template.
I am assuming that when the Admin enters only a rich text email and send it to a user who is subscribed to a plain text email, the Zen-Cart system will send the email with "@CRLF" instead of new lines.
