Problem with images - please help!

I had the same problem, or at least a similar one.

Make sure, when adding images to a product, that the image path is accurate. Did you browse to the image when you added it or did you enter a server path to an existing image?

Actually since the thumbnail image is there, it looks like the resized images are the ones missing. I woul check your image settings for resized images and such.
Sorry I can't be more specific, I'm pretty new to ZC myself.

That's ok, thanks for your advice anyway! Still got the problem though

Still shooting in the dark, but it seems like no resized iimages were created. Are the Medium and Large directories writable by Zen Cart? That's about the only thing that comes to mind.

I changed that but still it's not working. Tsk, i dunno - you think you're getting somewhere then something else confuses you!!!

Does that mean that the folders were not writable previously? If so, then you'd need to re-upload the images so ZC can resize and distribute them.

Go into the products and try reuploading the images.
