    Default Blank Index Page

I have searched the forums and found similiar problems but nothing that has helped me resolve this matter. My problem is as follows:

Administration works fine, everything is there, everything is listed, I can access everything with no problem. When I try to run the store front however I get a blank page. I try to look at the source code but it is blank as well. The site is www.abundanthomeliving.com. You will need to specify index.php right now because I have had to put back the index.html until I resolve this problem. The admin user is admin; password admin (don't worry, I have a backup of the data and can restore anything if someone tries to be malicious but please don't).

Here is the information from the Admin Version:
    Server Host: script3.scaledsystems.com (209.132.98.45)
    Server OS: FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE
    Server Date: 11/04/2006 15:30:05
    PHP Version: 4.4.2 (Zend: 1.3.0)
    Database Host: mysql1.simplenet.com (209.132.98.61)
    Database: MySQL 4.1.12-SN-LinuxThreads-log
    Database Date: 11/04/2006 15:30:05
    HTTP Server: Apache

I'm running Zen-Cart 1.3.6. This works on my development system but when I loaded it on this server it no longer works. The way I installed it was to ftp all the files from my development server to this one, ran zc_install as a new install to build the database and config files properly and make sure all went well. Then I went into PHPAdmin and loaded a copy of the data from my server so that this one is populated. Then I signed in to the admin and checked everything. All the products are there, all my settings are there, and so on. Then I tried to bring up the storefront and nothing!

    Here are the config files:
    admin/includes/configure.php:

I have tried loading the files several times ( arg!!) thinking maybe a file was corrupted but no help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and time is of the essance as this is a client's site that was supposed to go live last night.

I forgot to mention, I also tried changing the template to the Classic Contemporary Green thinking some of my changes might have broken something, but this didn't work either.

I have access to the control panel but there are no logs there, other than bandwith statistics that is.

Yea, but unfortunately that's not my decision. This is a client's site, not mine. I've tried suggesting a cheaper better alternative but they like these guys.

Sounds like an incorrect path setting.

As your Admin area is working properly but absolutely no information is being passed on for the main site, best to confirm with your Hoster that path used for the main site is correct.

Okay, after some investigation here is what I've traced down. Now I'm no expert at PHP or the inner workings of Zen-Cart so I may be way off base or I may be on to something. Any insight from those in the know would be greatly appreciated.

Following the logic flow and the use of some strategically placed echo statements I have traced the following:
I place an echo statement in index.php just to verify whether or not it was loading, it was because the statement showed. So I know that much.

Next I determined that it was calling 'includes/application_top.php, so I did the same with that file, just to find out if it was loading or not. It was.

Now while I was in the application_top.php file I saw a flag 'define('DEBUG_AUTOLOAD', false) (now this is where I may be way off base) I decided to turn this flag on just to see what happens. Well I got a screen full of stuff I don't understand but at the bottom there was a fatal error. Coming from a background of programming medical software I've learned fatal errors are just that - fatal.

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: phpbb in /shared/volumes/userdata1/2/2931/site/htdocs/includes/autoload_func.php on line 81 (the line number changes due to echo statements I've played with)

I checked to see what line 81 in the autoload_func.php was and had no clue - $$objectName = new $className(). So I place yet another echo statement just prior to this to echo $$objectName to see what that would show. I got this - $phpBB.

So it appears that this has something to do with phpBB, but during the install I selected the option to not install this. Also where is the directory /shared/volumes/userdata1/2/2931/site/htdocs/ coming from? I don't see this setup in the config file.

So does this make sense to anyone or help point someone in the right direction to where they may shed some light on this issue?
