I have installed the czech langauge pack in both 1.3.5 and 1.3.6.
In 1.3.5 everything worked fine. In 1.3.6, i get the following error in the top of the admin screen after adding the language.
MISSING LANGUAGE FILES OR DIRECTORIES ... Czech Czech
