sort by manufacturer

In the admin, is there a way to have the manufacturer name display for each product in the Categories/Products view and have it sort by manufacturer?

This is not built into Zen Cart at this time ...

You could look at the select statement and see how the current sort works then add on to the select statement the manufactuers table and build in an additional selection on the dropdown ...

Note: Admin files are not overrideable you will need to save the original plus your changes for future upgrades ...
