Default Re: Problems with downloading a sold product

Zen Cart v1.3.6 is not using the file tpl_download_default.php it uses tpl_modules_downloads.php ...

Did you miss some files in the upgrade?

Do you have template and override files that are not yet up to date with the new code?

Assuming you used the templates and overrides and never touched the original files and core code files, if you switch to Classic does it work?

I copied all the files in the package to a new directory and then copied the configure.php files over and changed the pointers to the database. I created a new database and restored the backup from the original.

Then did the install and let it upgrade the database. Every thing appears to work except the download.

I just tried your suggestion and went back to classic mode and cleared the error log and tried again. Everything looks like it's going to work but the download gets hung in a starting mode and never completes. And I get the following errors in the fresh error log.

PHP Fatal error: main() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_download_default.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-4.4.4/lib/php') in /hermes/web06/b1814/pow.pattiecraig/htdocs/catalog136a/includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_main_page.php on line 119
PHP Warning: main(includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_download_default.php) [<a href='function.main'>function.main</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/web06/b1814/pow.pattiecraig/htdocs/catalog136a/includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_main_page.php on line 119

The only possibility of old files would be in one of the templet packages and I don't know enough to figure that out on my own. I did not change any of the core files.

    Thanks for your help.
