Odd errors on products display - upgrade to 1.3.5

I recently upgraded from 1.2.7 to 1.3.5 and successfully updated all the databases with the sql files.

The only problem I have are these messages that are showing up on the product info display:

Notice: Undefined property: queryFactoryResult::$fields in /home/truesoap/public_html/includes/modules/products_quantity_discounts.php on line 73


and...

Notice: Undefined variable: images_array in /home/truesoap/public_html/includes/modules/additional_images.php on line 59

Notice: Undefined variable: images_array in /home/truesoap/public_html/includes/modules/additional_images.php on line 67

I went ahead and re-installed the pages mentioned hoping it was an error on the first upload and I have not made changes to any of them.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what the problem could be?

I really need help with this. I did a fresh install and did not import the old databases but inserted new products etc.

I have errors all over the place.

You may wish to upgrade to v1.3.6 before trying to resolve these issues only because it will take longer to try to do ...

v1.3.6 has numerous bugfixes that you will really want ...

Once that code is installed and you have upgraded the database ... then it will be easier to look at the issues you are having to see what the problem might be ...

I did upgrade to 1.3.6 (in my last post). Still have the errors. I moved it to a server that I have a V1.3.5 store running and that one is fine. This one still gives me these errors. Now I cannot even checkout.

I would really be inclined to think you have a bad upload of the Zen Cart files ...

Where did you get the Zen Cart v1.3.6 zip from ...

How did you upload the files to your site ...

It's funny you should ask that...

I was coming back today to tell you of my blunder.

I have downloaded many copies of Zen Cart over the last few years. Always from this site. I've installed and customized them without problems so this was a very frustrating situation for me.

I started going backwards to see what (if any) differences there were between this install and any of the other 20+ I've done.

It turned out that I did an update on my SmartFTP program. I have used it for as long as I've been installing ZC. Errrrr. The program automatically switched from Auto Mode (which I set in preferences) to ASCII mode. Of course the original install worked well, no errors. But as I shut my computer down and came back to do customizations those files were uploaded incorrectly, causing more and more errors as I went. I've reported the problem to them and switched to the FireFTP program. Not as speedy as SmartFTP, but my blood pressure is lower. :)

There is a lesson to be learned here...
