Invoice/Purchases Editing

Sorry if there is already an answere to this question, but I have searched the site for over a half hour and it is very, very important I figure out how to do this if possible.

I have a customer that made an order, but know I want to minus the shipping charges off the invoice and give him a couple of dollars off other products. I do not have dual pricing because every product changes daily and different products get different discounts for certain people.

I have made comments on the invoice in which the customers receives, but it doesn't change anything and once I start doing this with more customers it will get very confusing.


Please can someone direct me to the right way of doing this I would really appreciate any help.

I believe the super orders module will allow you to change the price of products and shipping costs after the order has been placed.

Thank you, I also saw that module, but is there any other way of doing this without installing anything else. I am not to good at this and I don't want to mess up my live store.

you would have to have to customize the code yourself or post in the commercial help wanted section and hire someone to do it for you. Super orders is relatively easy to install though.

Super orders 1.3 has order editing features. Super Orders 2.0 does not at this time
