Flash header help please

Hi everyone

Ive been updating my site and have been trying to add a flash header, ive followed instructions on

and have looked at other threads but cant seem to get it to work, infact I cant even get it to show anything but my normal header

be gratefull for any help that you can offer

think im doing something really daft but just cant see it

getting worse, i thought it may have been that the site had been put down for maintenance so i took it out and now i get this error on main page

ive fixed the above error for now was folder permissions, need to look at that after header is done as i followed the security list in faqs

Re: problem with IE and Macromedia legal disputes.
Currently, IE does not display Flash correctly,
hence need to call via java script

i dont have a great understanding of the java/flash thing i was just following the instructions on the thread on my first post, have also tried using another way of doing it and thats the same, so im not sure what im doing wrong
