Free Shipping for Multiple Products

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a quick way to turn free shipping on for multiple products at once without having to go into each individual product and changing to free shipping.

In other words, is there a way I could make all the products on my ship for free temporarily?

If you want every single product in your shop to have Free Shipping ...

Backup your database ...

Did you backup your database?

Next, in the Tools ... Insert SQL Patch ... you can run the command:

UPDATE products SET product_is_always_free_shipping = 1; 

Now every single product in your shop has Free Shipping ...

Be sure to turn on the Shipping Module Free Shipping freeshipper ... so that your checkout continues to work ...

Thanks for the tip. Before I actually carry this out, will I be able to switch all my products back to regular shipping with a similar command?

Set them to 0 instead and that Always Free Shipping is OFF for ALL products ...

NOTE: always backup before making changes like this ...
