Metatag Order

Working with my SCO they have stated that it is critical to have the tags in the following order.

<title>
<meta description
<meta keywords

Mine show up

title
keywords
description

In the meta_tags.php if ensure the order is correct. (the one in the english\mysite)

I checked the meta_tags.php in the module directory and can't find anything to help me fix this problem.

Can any one please please help me. I have been looking for about 3 hours going through every post and FAQ.

Copy your template_default/common/html_header.php to your custom template and then rearrange the order of the meta-tag output.
