FedEx shipping module

I've asked this before and didn't really get an answer that helped at all.

The module does not seem to notice its own language file, which from my previous posting is in the right place. Would there be something else keeping it from knowing that it needs to be pulling from its language file?

thanks. This is really the final piece to this project so I'd love to wrap it up for the client today if anybody has any ideas.

how about uploading a fresh language file
and make sure that the module name and the language file name match,

and DONT put the language file into on over ride folder,
it dosnt have to go there because it will never get over written

If that dosnt work
delete all the fedex files from the server
then download the fedex module from the ZC downloads

and upload new files

The FedEx module is working great.

I noticed a problem today.

We ship Monday - Friday.

For orders that are placed on Saturday, they don't get shipped until Monday. The module things we are shipping on Saturday and all the rates are inflated (probably causing customers not too order - FedEx 2nd Day is $12 too high, compared to if customer shipped on Monday).

How do I tell the module that Saturday orders should have a ship date of Monday?
