Order taking problems

I recently got my site www.offpricedlots.com to work as far as being able to take orders but now when a customer goes through the whole process of putting the products in the cart and registering it take them to a page saying choose payment method but it shows errors. The words are enlarged there is funny scripts on top of my page and there is no where for them to choose to pick a payment method. Can someone tell me what could the problem be. Thank you

I just tested it and it works fine and I can everything till Confirm the order Page

I get the problem when i get to pick payment method. So did one of my customers which is how i found out about the problem. I logged in then put a few things in my cart then i clicked proceed to checkout then it shows some error warnings on the top of my page and it says choose payment method on the bottom but doesn't provide you with a payment method the page starts to look distorted.

More than likely you have set the Maximum Shipping Weight in Shipping/Packaging to 0 ...

Do you only ship air?

Example: 50 or 75 is the norm ... as UPS ships 75lb boxes ...

Ok. how do i change the shipping maximum. I have the site for free shipping and i looked in the modules but still not sure where I can change this information. I am on 1.3.5. Thank you in advanced.

Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship
Carriers have a max weight limit for a single package. This is a common one for all.

Don't use 0 ... put back the 50 or 75 ...

NOTE: strongly recommend you upgrade to v1.3.6 ... quite a number of issues in there that you really going to like working ...
