Installed but get error messages

Hi

I've just done a clean install, and checked permissions as intructed but I get the following messages:-

On trying to enter the Admin area I get:-

and on trying to look at the shop I get:

I'm at a loss to what the problem is, I uploaded the files with WS-FTP and all the files look there - except autoload_func.php in the first error message but it isn't in the files I downloaded either.

I have version 1.3.6

try reuploading all the files using a different FTP prgram.
