Error message Quantity Error Adjustment

This is obviously just in the primary stages of development.

What have I done wrong or what is corrupt that this error is showing up.

I have take the data from the categories, products, products to categories, product descriptions, category descriptions and put them into 1.3.6.

I have never had this error before. What have I set up incorrectly?
