What buttons do I press?

OK gang....it's gone past midnight....I started tackling these problems 10 hours ago and I haven't moved from problem 1.

Please can someone tell me what to do with the following:

• How can I get my products list to look like the one on either this site: http://www.chilternmills.co.uk/cat/b...s/default.aspx or this site: http://www.zen-cart.net/demo/index.p...products_id=34 - I've tried changing all sorts of values on Admin, but it just doesn;t seem to come out as I want it.
• When you select a product on the 1st sites page, it takes you to another page and gives you an option to pick a colour from a list of radio buttons (this bit I can do). When you select a colour, the image changes colour too - how can I do that?
• How do I "switch on" the "Also purchased box"? Again, I've tried tweaking with various options in admin but it just wont appear!!!

Somebody please help before I go completely mad!!! It's probably obvious and it's probably staring me right in the face but I'm just so brain dead I cant seem to see it!!!

Question #1- Go to the Downloads section and find the Columnar / Grid Layout

#2- sorry but that would take some custom coding

#3 - To see the also purchased box, there have to be orders in the database.

The downloads are for v1.3.0 - will they work on v1.2.7?

Which module do I need to amend?

There are less and less of us here at the forum that can provide assistance with any ZenCart prior to 1.3.x...as 1.3.6 is out you might consider using this as your base.

Columnar / Grid Layout.. version at above url, for ZenCart 1.25, works on ZenCart 1.27..
As always, BACKUP any files, BEFORE altering

And yes, I realise that 1.3.6 would be a better option. I'm just tring to get my head round zencart for now. Once I know what I'm doing, I'll upgrade.

if your just trying to get your head around it,
seriously I would drop the 1.2.7 and start with a fresh 1.3.6

there are several security updates,
as well upgrading 1.2 to 1.3x is a PITA

Merlinpa1969 - how can I argue with a black belt? I've taken your advice and am going to install 1.3.6 gulp!!!!

Having said that I'd just like to say a big thank you to Misty. I installed the module and it worked a treat. I just wanted to know if I can use this module for the shopping cart too - for the future version of course!!! If so, how would I change the row/column settings?

Yes I know that - I'm not that thick!!!

What I want to know is whether I can use this module for creating a grid on my checkout page? i.e. can I copy the code into the checkout php file and modify it as appropriate? If so, what's the name of the php that I need to modify?
