Date of Birth

I'd like to change the DOB so it puts it in the non-American style, that is date/month/year (e.g. 27/05/1972). I changed it in a couple of places, but obviously missed one, because it still comes back saying it must be put in with the month first.

Where do I need to go to change this?

In the webshop there's Swedish and English in usage and in the Create Account page there's a problem in both:
I can't enter digits like this 1.1.1970 but I should put 01.01.1970 that it would work.
(or in English 1/1/1970 doesn't work but 01/01/1970)

Customer may not understand why they can't create their account and I tried to put the digits minimum in configuration - > Minimum values already in "0" but it doesn't help. Previously it was "4".

I have read the wiki about the Localization of dates but those things are ok and working. I just do not want to add the zeros in the dates when entered.

I thought there would have been easier way to just enable the possibility to put 1 digit for the day and month instead applying this whole script of different date data options. I put it anyway and it seems all fine now.
No need to loose a customer who is not able to create an account... ;)
