Product Layout doubling up ! HELP

I have the category layout grid module installed and it worked well. I then installed the blank sidebox module and my product layout is now doubling up

How do I remove the second product?

Fixed my own problem

I went into myPHP Admin (via Cpanel ) and did a search on 'PRODUCT_LISTING_LAYOUT_STYLE'

and found a duplicate entry and deleted it !!

Now it is back - can anyone help. The duplicate key is no longer in my database but the products are still doubled up.
