    Are you maybe talking about:

Optimize Database to remove wasted space from deleted records.
May be optionally run monthly or weekly on a busy database.
(Best to run during non-busy times.)

You do that in Admin>Tools>Store Manager

at the very bottom of the page.

But, as the good Doctor said....."What cache?", because there isn't any.

If you've got Image Handler 2 installed, you can clear IT'S cache by going to Admin>Tools>Image Handler 2>clear image cache.

Would they not be referring to the cache that is set in the configure.php files? Where you can set to 'none, database, file'?

Maybe they are referring to the zen cart cache folder where the MyDEBUG log files are stored.

... in which case they would simply delete the unwanted files in that directory.

Why are we digging up old threads for speculation?

Is there a particular problem you've got related to one of the words in this topic?
