Lost My Configuration Key

Please help - I somehow lost my configuration_key from the configuration in myphp and I can't get it back.

Can anyway tell me the right code to put into mysql?

Now my whole site is gone !!!

PLEASE HELP ME

First thing...make a backup of what is there and transfer to your PC before going any further.
