Free Shipping Error

I wish to offer free shipping for orders over $50. I currently have it installed and edited. I also installed the flat rate mod for orders under $50. Here is the problem. I tested it but it still shows the flat rate shipping for an order of $110. What can I do to fix this.

I fixed it, I forgot to turn it on, lol. Good note for anyone needing help, don't forget to turn it on, :).
