Help!!! Installation Error

Hello,

I am new to all this and any help will be greatly appreciated. While trying to do the installation I am receiving these warnings:

I have checked this file and it does exist. I also tried changing the permissions on the file file from 644 to 777 and it still didn't work. Any ideas?

You may wish to try just reloading all of the files for /zc_install ...

NOTE: if this does, in fact, correct this problem ... you may wish to reload all of the files to your site due to bad, corrupt or missing files ...

Here I realized there were quite a few files missing. My ftp program said that all of them loaded, and they didn't. I loaded the missing files and it worked GREAT!! My cart is up and things are being loaded into it! Thanks for the help!!!!

Thanks for the update that your problems with running the installer were related to a bad upload of the files ...
