can I tell a shipping method to exclude zones instead of include?

Hi there everyone,

During my path of enlightenment, I've figured out(I think) how to make shipping in the Netherlands trigger flat.php, shipping in Europe trigger flat2(but not flat). Now I need everything outside of those two zones to have flat3, but I don't want it to show up if they're in Europe.

I've created a zone for the Netherlands, and I created another zone for Europe, adding all of the European countries, except the Netherlands.

Is there a way for me to have the cart exclude flat3.php if they're in Europe? As it stands, everyone sees this option, since it's not tied to any zones, but I'd like it to only show up for people who aren't in Europe.

The obvious solution would be to add every country except for European countries to a zone, but I don't know if I'd live long enough to get that done :)

Somewhere in these forums, ajeh posted a Rest of World zone creator which you simply insert into your database. That was for the US, but it shouldn't take you long to adjust it.

I found the thread, and if nothing else, it made me realize that I don't want the feature bad enough to do that :)

That method may have been superceded by this one, also from ajeh

The special 00 for all zones in the zones shipping module is different than needing to build a zone for other payment/shipping modules ...

The one in zones, as of v1.3.6, is designed to be a time saver ...
