Help with Aligning Header Aspects

Hi,

I just installed a template and have been battling with the header for some 5 or 6 hours now. In firefox, the header looks great--The logo is on the left and the "My Account...Shipping Info" blurb is on the right. But in Internet Explorer, the logo is on the left and the "My Account..." section is under the logo towards the center/right. I cannot get it aligned properly, like how it looks in Firefox.

Well that's good to know. It still looks unaligned in IE6 though.
