Copy product data from one Zen store to another

I have successfully got my site up and running on a test server, and I've installed it now on the server it'll run on once launched.

I don't want to copy all the tables from the test server db, just the ones containing product and product option info.

Is there a list of tables I need to copy to do that anywhere? Or a simple way to copy JUST the product data from one Zen installation to another?

Or actually,

To ask the same thing in (perhaps) another way:

If I copy all of the tables from the test server EXCEPT the

shop_configuration
shop_configuration_group

tables, will that achieve the same thing?
