PayPal IPN Timeout

I have been using the Paypal module for over a year without problem, but last week I started getting a timeout error during checkout. I decided to take the opportunity to upgrade from 1.2.5 to 1.3.6. My upgraded 1.3.6 installation has the same problem! Any ideas?

I used to have Authorize.net I really do not have the throughput to justify the costs. Is there another payment process someone would recommend?

What changes has your host made to your server?

Unfortunately, I do not know. I will call and see what changes were made. I host on Network Solutions.

I see there was an update October 7th which is close to the time the troubles started.

Can you post the exact error messge here?

Well, it has started working again. I was getting a "Problem Loading Page" and the url is set at
http://www.dvdrewinder.com/index.php...ckout_shipping.

It may have been something on the server side between app server and DB, but really not sure.
