sign up from anywhere & only deliver to Oz

Is there a way to allow signups for everywhere (which I have now).
but be able to restrict delivery to one country, in this case Australia.

I want to enable customers overseas to be able to signup and pay for presents that have to be delivered in Australia.

Sort of need 2 lists of Countries, one for signup & one for delivery.

Anyway to achieve this?

Create a Zone for where you allow shipping and add that to the Shipping modules ...

Note: there are specific blocks for shipping/payment when address does not match for a module in v1.3.6 ...

Note: this should be tested heavily to ensure that it works properly for your site ...

Just upgraded all sites to 1.3.6
