i've installed the Canadian Post module 2 weeks ago and it is still not working. wondering about 2 things:

first, what's up with the production server and the test server? I mean, does CP tranfers you to the production server once you are a verified customer? Do i have to ask to be transfered on the prod server and what's the use of it?

second, my customer CPC Id doesnt seem to be working. CP doesnt reckognise the number they sent me in.

Thats the code that is generated when i check out with an item to buy.

What could have i done wrong?
